About Us

Since 1991, Teatro de la Luna brings bilingual Hispanic theater to Washington, DC.
A theater building with a large vertical 'Playhouse' sign and a marquee advertising a performance. American flags are displayed prominently, and the scene is framed by palm trees under a clear blue sky. People are gathered around the entrance.
A lively stage performance is in progress with performers dressed in traditional attire. They are holding colorful umbrellas, dancing against a backdrop of vibrant, illuminated screens displaying intricate patterns and text. The venue has a decorative ceiling with chandeliers and a grid of stage lights.
