Support Teatro de la Luna’s mission to keep Hispanic culture alive through bilingual theater.

Our Story

Since 1991, Teatro de la Luna has brought bilingual Hispanic theater to life in Washington DC.
Large, bold letters spell out 'Fernán Gómez Centro Cultural' on a modern building facade. A shallow reflective pool stretches alongside the structure. In the background, classical architecture with a dome and a flag are visible. The setting is outdoors, with clear skies and greenery around.
A group of people dressed in traditional, colorful attire is performing a dance on stage. The central figure is a woman wearing a bright blue and red dress with a wide, flowing skirt, while a man in a red shirt and beige pants dances beside her. Other performers in the background wear a variety of traditional costumes, including sombreros and dresses with floral designs.
